A few years ago, I needed a cake for my son's first birthday. Tired of spending SO much money on vegan cakes that just didn't satisfy my need for a delicious, rich, and tasty dessert, I set out to bake my own.

 

I began perfecting recipes without the use of ANY animal produts or by-products and I LOVED it! Baking gave me the chance to create and produce. Two of my passions.
